If you've found your way to my site, you've already taken a huge step towards seeking out support and I want to thank you sincerely for considering me to be a part of your journey!  My goal as a counsellor is to provide a counselling atmosphere that is safe, non-judgmental, comfortable, empowering, collaborative and meaningful. 

As the name of my practice suggests, I believe that true wellness is a "full circle", encompassing all aspects of a person's life, including their mental, physical and emotional health, the quality of their relationships, their home and work environment, and the connection they have to themselves and others.

I truly believe that each person is unique, and so my counselling practice draws from a variety of evidence-based clinical theories and practices, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness.  

I am particularly interested in trauma work with front-line workers and first responders (including witnessing trauma, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout and moral injury).  I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and can utilize this and other trauma-informed counselling methods in our work together.
